The centre offers joint or individual counselling if required with both male and female counsellors.

The course, CONNECT2 , looks at some important areas of a relationship especially during the first 5 years. The course covers subjects such as communication, conflict, expectations, intimacy, romance and sex. From experience, these are some of the areas which many couples find it hard to talk about and discuss. We will not embarrass anyone and you only share what you want to. It is important that both partners attend.
